  • Acknowledgment (24–48 hours) — We'll confirm we received your request and provide a reference number for tracking.
  • Investigation (5–10 business days) — Our team will review your claim and examine the content in question. We may contact you if we need additional information.

    • Additional steps needed

Copyright Takedown Notices (DMCA)

If you're filing a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice (applicable in the US), include the following in your email:

  • Your physical address and contact information
  • Identification of Copyrighted Work — Describe the original work you created or own
  • Identification of Infringing Content — Where is your work being infringed? Provide specific URLs or descriptions
  • Statement of Good Faith — State that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized
  • Penalty Statement — "I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this notice is accurate and complete, and that I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
  • Your Signature (digital is acceptable)

Once received, we'll evaluate the notice and respond according to DMCA procedures and applicable law.

What We'll Do

For Valid Requests:

  • Remove the content or game immediately
  • Notify the affected game provider (if applicable)
  • Confirm removal in writing
  • Keep a record of the request

For Invalid or Unclear Requests:

  • We'll ask for more information
  • If you don't respond, we may decline the request
  • We'll explain why the content stays up

If Abuse is Detected:

  • False or frivolous takedown notices can result in liability
  • We may refuse future requests from repeat false filers
  • We reserve the right to disclose information to authorities if necessary

What We Won't Remove

We won't remove content simply because:

  • Someone doesn't like it
  • It's critical or negative feedback
  • It's a game you don't like
  • You've changed your mind about sharing it
  • It's inconvenient or embarrassing

Content must violate actual laws or rights to warrant removal. We balance free access with legitimate legal concerns.

Important Notes

  • Official Demos Only — All games on our platform are official demos hosted by the game providers themselves. If a game infringes your rights, the primary responsibility lies with the provider. We'll remove the game from our platform if the provider themselves removes it or if you have a valid legal claim.
  • We Don't Host User-Generated Content — Unlike social platforms, we don't host games, reviews, or content created by users. We curate official demo versions from licensed providers. This significantly limits the types of removal issues we encounter.
  • Response from Your ISP or Host — If you receive a legal notice about content you believe is infringing, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we'll cooperate fully.
  • International Considerations — We comply with takedown laws in multiple jurisdictions. Some regions have stricter requirements than others. We'll follow the law in your jurisdiction while balancing our obligations globally.

Counter-Notices

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was incorrect, you can file a counter-notice.

You can submit a counter-notice if:

  • The content was removed by mistake
  • The original takedown notice was invalid
  • You have authorization to use the content
  • You believe your legal rights are being violated by the removal

To file a counter-notice: Email [email protected] with:

  • The reference number of the original takedown
  • Explanation of why the removal was incorrect
  • Supporting evidence
  • Your declaration under penalty of perjury

Legal Representation

If you need to file a takedown notice or counter-notice, consider consulting with a lawyer who specializes in intellectual property or digital rights. We can accept notices from authorized representatives on your behalf.
